Begin a conversation Policies & protections
Clear information.
Thoughtful boundaries.
These policies explain how this website is used, how inquiries are handled, and the distinction between Casa Flores as a residence and licensed clinical care.
Effective September 19, 2026Privacy policy
Your privacy matters.
Casa Flores Collective uses information you voluntarily provide only to respond to your inquiry, communicate about the residence, and consider appropriate next steps.
Information you provide
The inquiry form prepares an email in your device’s email application. The form itself does not save your responses in a website database. Once you send the email, the information is transmitted through your email provider and received through ours.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, detailed treatment histories, government identification numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through the initial inquiry.
Technical information
The website and its hosting providers may process basic technical information—such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security logs—to deliver, protect, and maintain the site. Casa Flores does not currently use the website to sell personal information or serve behaviorally targeted advertising.
How information may be shared
Inquiry information may be shared with personnel or service providers who need it to respond, operate communications, maintain the website, comply with law, or protect safety and legal rights. It is not shared with outside treatment professionals or family members without appropriate permission, except when disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
Communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve concerns, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you previously provided, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by contacting inquiries@casaflorescollective.com.
Nondiscrimination statement
Dignity in every interaction.
Casa Flores Collective is committed to fair, respectful consideration of housing inquiries. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other status protected by applicable federal, Washington State, or local law.
Residence-related eligibility and fit considerations are intended to be applied consistently and in accordance with applicable law. Reasonable-accommodation requests may be raised during the inquiry process and will be considered individually. This statement does not guarantee admission, availability, or that the residence can safely meet every person’s needs.
Accessibility statement
Access should be thoughtful, too.
Casa Flores Collective aims to make this website usable by people with disabilities. We work to provide readable contrast, meaningful image descriptions, keyboard-accessible navigation, clearly labeled form controls, and layouts that adapt across screen sizes and text enlargement.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need website information in another format, please contact inquiries@casaflorescollective.com. Please describe the page and the assistance needed, and we will make a reasonable effort to respond.
Website terms
Terms of use.
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to interfere with its operation, security, or availability.
Informational purpose
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical, psychiatric, legal, or other professional advice; it does not create a clinician-patient, fiduciary, or professional relationship; and it is not a promise of admission, availability, services, or outcomes.
Accuracy and changes
Casa Flores may update residence descriptions, availability, amenities, policies, pricing, services, and these terms. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every item will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Content and links
Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, design, and original media on this website belong to Casa Flores Collective and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement or control of those services.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Casa Flores is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, website interruptions, third-party services, or communications sent over the internet. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Residential versus clinical care
Casa Flores is a residence.
Casa Flores Collective is an established, substance-free residential environment. It is not a hospital, detoxification facility, emergency service, or licensed clinical treatment provider. Clinical, medical, psychiatric, detoxification, medication-management, and emergency services are not provided unless expressly confirmed in writing through an appropriately licensed outside provider.
The website, inquiry process, and any initial conversation do not constitute an assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or guarantee that Casa Flores can meet an individual’s needs.
Anyone experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric crisis, overdose, severe withdrawal, or immediate risk of harm should call 911 or seek help from an appropriate licensed emergency or healthcare provider.
Policy updates
Questions or changes.
These policies may be revised as the website and residence operations evolve. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date above. Questions may be directed to inquiries@casaflorescollective.com.
